Sport and Commercial Complex Alvalade XXI

Sports complex consisting of:

• Football Stadium (José Alvalade), with capacity of 52 000 spectators, includes showers, cabins and restaurants and bars, VIP entrance hall, an auditorium with 250 seats and the Museum of Sporting. The stadium is equipped with the most modern technologies of sound, image and security control, offering 182 surveillance cameras;
• The Mall, which includes 16 theaters, several restaurants and shops;
• MultiSport, comprising a Sports Pavilion for various modes, and two swimming pools for training and learning;
• Underground car park for 1700 places;
• Administrative building with 8 floors.

The works included the general excavation, the peripheral containment, deviation of infrastructures, construction of the concrete and pre stressed concrete structures, electrical and mechanical installations, overall finishing and landscaping.
