TPF Angola, through its affiliate ProSistemas Angola, started working also in the area of Operation, Management and Maintenance of Infrastructures (Facility Management), supported by the know-how of the TPF GROUP, namely of TPF Utilities, which specialises in managing the maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical facilities of either private or public buildings or public infrastructures such as Water and Sewage Treatment Stations.

The BPC Headquarters in Luanda is undergoing a total rehabilitation intervention, which will transform the building with an architectural structure considered one of the symbols of Angola, into a modern building adapted to new technologies and to the century XXI requirements.

The Industrial Development Cluster Studies of Lucala to implement in the North Kwanza Province have been completed and it is expected to begin the construction of the 1st phase in the 2nd semester of 2015.

TPF Angola attended the 1st EXPOINDUSTRIA, which took place in Luanda, last November. This participation had as main goal the presentation of TPF Angola work, which has been contributing to the revitalization and industrial development of the country, and simultaneously seeking new intervention opportunities in this important sector.
